OCVOAD will bring together organizations to assist the residents of Oconee County SC and the Oconee County County Emergency Management Organization in the event of a disaster, coordinate service delivery, planning and reduce the duplication of services to people affected by disaster.  It will provide a mechanism for agencies to work together to prepare for the needs associated with disaster events in Oconee County SC.
